I live in Texas and was planning a wedding in Montreal so everything was done online. Vincent Fleuriste was so helpful in answering all of our emails and working with us to create the flower arrangements we wanted. The bouquets and table arrangements exceeded all of our expectations. We had many positive comments about the beautiful flowers. Highly recommend this florist.
I live in Vancouver, BC and wanted to send flowers to my aunt's birthday that live in Quebec (Mansonville). Google and searched and found Vincent Fleuriste; which caught my eye for their website and user friendly ordering site. My aunt called me the day she received the flowers; she was so pleased . She stated she got a friendly call ensuring that she was home for delivery. The bouquet was spectacular, with a variety of fresh flowers. She was so very pleased, which in turn pleased me. My first experience with Vincent Fleuriste will certainly not be my last.
I ordered the California Sunshine Lily bouquet for a get well soon surprise for my parents mainly because I wanted a bright arrangement that both my Mom and Dad would appreciate. So the colors red, orange and yellow were key. When my mother called me to thank her for the surprise of pink lilies, I was confused- after calling the store I was later informed that they didn't have any red or orange lillies so their default was pink. Had I been called or informed of this before delivery, I would have chosen a different bouquet all together. I am disappointed that there was no communication- the lilies are still nice- just not what i paid for. And in response to the following comment, switching out one colour i think is understandable, but two out of three is not. The bouquet ordered were three colours, red orange and yellow- and my parents received pink and yellow. Repeating what I said before- you would have kept my business if I had been able to change my order to something suitable for my father as well.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I placed an order for Mother's day one week prior to the day, only to be called on the Wednesday before Mother's day to be told their driver simply won't be driving that day. The customer service was non-existent - she literally hung up the phone on me simply because I kindly asked for a refund. I was appalled that they wouldn't deliver on Mother's day Sunday even though they had charged my credit card and on the receipt, it says "WE DELIVERY SUNDAYS!!!" - will NEVER give them my business again. The phone representative could not have been more curt and rude, absolutely no desire to work out a solution with me.
